You’ve done it again. It’s the night before Father’s Day and you have no idea what you’re going to purchase for your dad, step dad, grandfather or husband. Don’t worry; it happens to the best of us. Now that you’ve remembered we don’t have time lamenting on why we waited until the last minute. We need to take action and quick-ly!

I know what you’re thinking, “I can’t shop online because it won’t be here in time.” Well, that’s true, but you can get a little creative. Here’s what I mean: If you decide you want to get the dad in your life something from an online retailer then purchase it, copy a picture of it to your favorite word processing program to make a fancy flier that says, “Soon you’ll be the proud owner of… ” Print it out then run to your local card shop or Walmart store to purchase a meaningful and special card. Fold your flier, put it into your card and get ready to present it with a smile and a hug. The fact that the gift isn’t present will be trumped by the anticipation…
